Yardsnap BETA now online
…and has been for the past three weeks. We’re still ironing out bugs at the moment and there’s so much more we’re going to roll out over the next few months, but as it stands it’s a damn good free property listings site.
Signups from landlords and students have been promising. At one point we had 35 properties listed for Canterbury but that’s trailing off as houses are getting let. Student / Tenant signups are strong and hopefully this trend will continue - we’ve only been online for three weeks. 
I’m working on this quite hard at the moment and lots of exciting new management features for landlords are on the way. Watch this space ’cause it’s changing rapidly!
